Frequently asked questions

Everything about AskCRM: what an AI-native CRM is, how the copilot works, permissions and audit trail, and how teams get started.

What is AskCRM?

AskCRM is an AI-native CRM built by Alpine Edge for construction and real-estate sales teams. It combines a full CRM — contacts, deals, projects, and unit inventory — with a copilot that lets your team run it all in plain language.

What does AI-native mean in AskCRM?

In AskCRM the AI copilot is a first-class way to use the product, not a bolt-on chatbot. Anything you can do in the interface — create a contact, book a meeting, move a deal, reserve a unit — you can also do by asking, with the same permissions and the same audit trail.

How does the AskCRM copilot work?

You type what happened the way you would tell a colleague — for example, that you met a buyer who wants a two-bedroom apartment with a certain budget. The copilot turns it into structured CRM records, answers questions about your pipeline, and asks for confirmation before anything sensitive changes.

Can the AI change data without my approval?

No. Sensitive actions in AskCRM — moving a deal, reserving a unit, updating project progress — always require an explicit confirmation, and every action, whether done by a person or by the copilot, is written to the audit log.

How does AskCRM manage unit inventory?

AskCRM tracks every unit inside your projects — floor, area, price, layout, orientation, parking, and availability. Reservations are enforced so a unit can only ever hold one active reservation, and delivery and handover dates stay visible to sales and engineering alike.

Does AskCRM support roles and permissions?

Yes. AskCRM ships with seven roles — admin, CEO, sales manager, sales agent, engineering, legal, and finance — each with its own permissions. Agents see their own contacts and deals, finance sees the money, and the copilot obeys exactly the same permission matrix.

Which dashboards does AskCRM include?

Every role gets its own live dashboard: executives see weighted pipeline, revenue, and forecasts; sales sees stale deals, response times, and funnel conversion; engineering sees delivery variance and construction progress; operations sees collections and notary dates.

Can I import my existing data into AskCRM?

Yes. AskCRM imports contacts, projects, units, and deals from CSV and Excel files, with a preview step that flags row-level errors before anything is committed and downloadable reports for anything that fails.

How much does AskCRM cost?

AskCRM pricing is being finalized. Contact the team for an offer tailored to your projects and team size — most teams are up and running within days.

What languages does AskCRM support?

The AskCRM product interface is fully bilingual in English and Albanian, and the copilot replies in the language you write in. The website and support are available in English, Albanian, Italian, German, and French.

Is AskCRM self-serve?

Not yet. AskCRM is rolled out with guided onboarding: book a demo, and the team that builds the product sets up your workspace, imports your data, and trains your team.

Who builds and supports AskCRM?

AskCRM is developed, hosted, and supported by Alpine Edge, a Swiss-Albanian IT consultancy for cloud infrastructure, DevOps automation, and private AI — see alpineedge.ch. The people who build the product are the people who onboard you.
